Pilates
My pilates sessions solidly honor the teachings of Joseph Pilates. You'll navigate your way through the technique the way the creator intended and accomplish a well balanced workout designed to improve your strength, posture, muscular balance, muscular endurance, lung capacity and so much more. Blended throughout the sessions will also be variations, modifications and progressions based on latest exercise research and learned from medical professionals and master pilates instructors. Sessions will utilize a variety of apparatus (chair, reformer, tower) and many props, all spiced up with a dash of essential mat repertoire.

Prenatal Programming
Pregnancy is a time of huge physiological changes - whilst holding true to the principles of Pilates, my exercise programming for prenatal Pilates is developed following current ACOG guidelines and focuses on finding movements that are not only safe and effective, but functional for the pregnant mom. Sessions will focus on strengthening muscles that typically weaken and stretching those that typically tighten due to the physiological changes that occur.
